Digital is transforming the way humans think and perform. Huge technology investments are made to ensure a successful transformation, but few organizations are truly realizing the potential of their digital assets.  This track will focus on how organizations are driving successful change.


Exceptional digital experiences drive better business outcomes but innovation begins with people. This track will focus on topics specific to enhancing the customer experience or elevating your employees’ experience in the digital workplace.


Realize is a place where we can push the boundaries of our knowledge and experience the latest in technology innovation. This track will focus on topics that dive into product or use case best practices, hands on tips and tricks, and interactive demonstrations.

Session Format

  • A 50-minute breakout session - roughly 40 minutes of content and 10 minutes of audience Q&A.
  • A 20-minute long mini session - roughly 15 minutes of content, and 5 minutes of Q&A.
  • We are looking for a variety of sessions styles, ranging from thought leadership, case studies, panels or discussions, product best practice, quick tips & tricks, hands on workshops - we’re open to all ideas. If you have a unique format in mind, please include that in your submission.
  • After your submission, we may contact you to propose a different format or length for your session (for example: from case study to panel discussion or from 50 min to 20 min).

What makes
a great story?

  • Leading the Charge: are you pushing the innovation envelope, by incorporating the latest and greatest digital adoption strategies? Proposals will be considered on timely topics that will help today’s leaders and professionals leverage technology to make their organizations more successful in the modern world.
  • Get Personal: have you taken a unique approach or do you have a unique perspective on maximizing technology adoption? It isn’t just about the destination but the journey - and we want to hear all about yours.
  • Practical and Tactical: What can an audience member take away from this session to put into practice at their organization? Do you have best practices and lessons learned that will help other organizations on their journey to success?
  • Value Oriented: The WHAT and HOW are important, but the WHY is what makes a great story. Are you able to share the impact on your organization - qualitatively and quantitatively?
  • Pulse Check: If you were in the audience, would you be interested by the topic?

Call for Speaker Form


  • We invite customers who are full-time employees of the organization listed in the application and industry thought leaders to submit a proposal. Partners interested in speaking opportunities should reach out to Marie Lunney,
  • Please be sure to submit your proposal by January 31st, 2020.
  • All speakers will be notified by February 10th, 2020.
  • Yes, we welcome multiple perspectives. Please make sure that everyone who plans to be apart of the speaking session is present in your video submission.
  • The options are endless! Panels, case studies, discussions, hands on workshops – we’re open to all ideas. If you have a unique format in mind, please include that in your submission.
  • Speakers will receive a complimentary conference pass.  If you already purchased a conference pass in advance, you will receive a full refund.
  • Speakers are responsible for their own travel expenses. There are special hotel rates for conference attendees.
  • All conference speakers will be required to participate in a content review. This takes approximately one hour and is mandatory. Please plan to have your presentation finalized one month in advance of Realize.
  • All sessions will potentially be recorded and published with accompanying materials to the public Realize website following the conference. Please attain the necessary approvals from your Corporate Communications team prior to presenting.
