Are there discounted hotel rates for WalkMe Realize?

Yes, there are a limited number of discounted rooms at the InterContinental Mark Hopkins San Francisco and Virgin Hotels San Francisco. Once you have registered for the event you will receive a thank you email with the link to book directly through the hotel at the discounted rate.

The Virgin Hotels San Francisco is a brand new boutique hotel, modern and sophisticated, with beautiful amenities. The hotel is a 3 minute walk from the event venue. The discounted rate is $395 / night.


The InterContinental Mark Hopkins is a landmark hotel at the crest of San Francisco’s Nob Hill with historical charm. The hotel is an 18 minute walk or an 8 minute ride from the event venue. The discounted rate is $299 / night.

Do I need to make my hotel reservation when I register for the conference? 

As rooms are limited, we recommend you book once you have registered for the event.

Do the hotels offer rooms on the nights before and after the conference dates?

Discounted rates are available on March 7th – March 13th (based on availability).

How do I cancel or change my hotel reservation?

To make changes to an existing booking, please contact the respective hotel directly. 

All changes to existing registration can be made using the link located on the bottom of the registration page.

We understand that sometimes plans change, you may cancel or transfer your registration by contacting WalkMe at realize@walkme.com. Don’t forget to include your name and registration confirmation number. 

In the event of a cancellation, WalkMe will refund your registration, just be sure your cancellation is made before February 10, 2020.

To transfer your registration to another person, please contact realize@walkme.com by February 24, 2020.
